Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chicago Bolingbrook

Solid hotel. Big breakfast spread. Work out room is all functioning. Pool... Kids we're happy too. We've been here a few times and like the double queen rooms. Location is pretty quiet but very close to 55 and other highways without being right up against them. Trivial to get here from Midway for example.

My recent stay here was pleasant. With the extreme cold temperatures, they had recently suffered a burst pipe and had some fans going with that restoration process. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was average for what you would expect. The room was decent and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The Schindler elevator was very efficient.

The location seems to have been newly renovated, and the rooms were nice. The location was perfect for an overnight near the church we visited. I would stay here again.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott properties. This is one of the best Fairfield Inns that I have seen. It is relatively new and very clean. I had a minor problem at check in, which was 100% my fault. The manager (Jenna) helped me quickly resolve my error in a cheerful and helpful way. Excellent service.

Karen I believe the general manager was amazing! We ran into an issue, she was able to come up with a solution to fix it. The rooms were clean, overall a good stay.

This location is far enough away from an Interstate so you don’t hear traffic all night. The staff is friendly. When we arrived the room was cleaner and nicer than the hotel we usually stay at. Even the inside of the water reservoir of the coffee maker looked clean!!! My one beef with this and every other hotel is that they do not understand what a “handicapped toilet” means. I asked for that while checking in as I have an injured knee, yet we are still given a lower toilet. In fact many of these hotels have an actual handicapped toilet near the lobby only. I’m not going down to use it in the middle of the night, so the struggle continues. The breakfast offered is so-so. What was good: vanilla yogurt, English muffins, raisin bagels, sausage. I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites , Bolingbrook and it exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was smooth, Alex and Nellita were welcoming and friendly making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essential amenities one would need for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy, and the linens were fresh. While the decor was simple, it was tasteful and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. There was a good selection of items, from fresh fruits and cereals to hot options like eggs and sausages. It was a great way to start the day without having to leave the hotel. The hotel's location was very convenient, situated cwithin walking distance to several restaurants and shops. This made exploring easy and hassle-free. Although the hotel does not have a lot of luxurious extras, the basics are done right, which is what matters most. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the room had a functional workspace, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Fairfield Inn and Suites offers great value for money. It provides a comfortable and affordable option for travelers who are looking for a clean, well-located place to stay with friendly service. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to the city.

Newer and Clean. Shower enclosure already had a damaged wall panel. Door lock would engage every time you would open the door so Door would not close. Can hear people in room next door...
